When working on a large scale, it’s not enough to just look at the big picture. Instead, as we designed this 8,000 square foot manor home for the discriminating homeowner, we were dedicated to providing the utmost detail to make this home feel like a comfortable and functional retreat. In this case, the furnishings had to be as large as the construction itself, so proportion was key in designing the interiors through the accessories. In this casual lodge, we incorporated an open-air sport court, interior entertainment zone, and built-in pool and spa, delivering a home that meets the demands of a growing family that often entertains but also requires spaces of private tranquility, like the master suite. The wide variety of materials used throughout the home achieve a lodge atmosphere by making each space feel individual.
